An anniversary with purpose
Today, Impactco turns three years old. Three years that, in perspective, have been much more than a business journey: they have been a path of personal and collective transformation.
After decades dedicated to consulting, entrepreneurship, the third sector, and technology, it was time to bring that knowledge together under a single purpose: to contribute to the transformation of our economic model towards the purpose economy.
Aligning business and purpose
When we started Impactco, we were driven by a clear conviction: companies cannot limit themselves to generating profits; they must generate positive impact. We wanted to prove that it is possible to align profitability with purpose, technology with humanity, and innovation with sustainability.
What I did not imagine then was the magnitude of the change this path would bring.
What we’ve learned in these 3 years
During this time, we have accompanied companies, investors, and leaders who understand that success is no longer measured only in financial results. It is also measured in how we improve people’s lives, care for the planet, and leave a legacy that inspires others.
We have confirmed that purpose is not a “nice-to-have” communication tool. It is a strategic driver that:
-
strengthens teams,
-
attracts talent,
-
builds customer loyalty,
-
and opens doors to opportunities that once seemed impossible.
In short, we have witnessed that companies oriented toward the purpose economy not only benefit society and the planet: they also multiply their value.
These three years have shown us that the purpose economy is not a trend. It is a profound transformation already reshaping the rules of business.
The power of alliances
The most inspiring part has been seeing how impact multiplies when alliances are built:
-
Companies collaborating with each other.
-
Investment funds putting sustainability at the core.
-
Entrepreneurs using technology to solve real problems.
-
Leaders who understand that the future will be shared, or it will not be.
We have also seen how family businesses redefine their investment strategies as a bond for present and future relationships. And how leaders find meaning in their lives by connecting their personal values with those of their companies.
Gratitude and a look ahead
Today we celebrate what we have achieved with pride, but above all with gratitude to all the people and organizations that have trusted Impactco.
And we feel that this is only the beginning. The coming years will bring new projects, alliances, international offices, and above all, greater influence. Not only in the business world, but also among citizens and policymakers.
🚀 The best is yet to come. We remain convinced that the true measure of success is not in how much we accumulate, but in how much we contribute to building a better world. Our responsibility is to leave future generations a planet regenerated and a society built on fairness.
I’d love to open the conversation with my network:
How would you define the success of a company in the 21st century?
